The Hand Paint work is done on the theme of MODERN STREET ART by a special painting artist from Kolkata(West Bengal, India) the artists from this region are specialised in paint work and have a very fine understanding of their work & carry a legacy of their art since more than 100 years.
The pieces are made of Indian Boxwood which is generally used as a lighted side in all of the wooden chess sets, the tenderness of this wood makes it easy for the carvers to carve these fine chess pieces.
