Cancellation & Returns

At Chess and Crafts, we strive to provide the highest quality handcrafted chess sets. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer flexible cancellation and return policies to ensure your satisfaction.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately at chessncrafts@gmail.com. We will do our best to process your cancellation promptly.

Please note, after the 24-hour window, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order, which could prevent cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at chessncrafts@gmail.com and provide your order details along with the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
